Natalie Alderton
My journey into this field started when my son was struggling in school. I wanted to better understand his needs and support him, so I began my training in dyslexia. Later, he was diagnosed with ADHD, which brought new challenges like difficulty focusing, concentrating, and managing anxiety. Wanting to help him even more, I pursued an ADHD coaching accreditation with the ADHD Foundation. Now, I use my skills and experience to support not just my son, but other children and families who face similar challenges.

My background is as a Legal PA and Executive Assistant, supporting Managing Directors and CEOs. After having children, I helped Natalie's husband with the administrative side of his business.
As my daughter has dyslexia, supporting individuals with learning differences is something I am particularly passionate about. When Natalie started her company, she asked me to help put processes in place and provide administrative support. I have since worked alongside her, helping to grow and develop the business.
